Battery Tests Show Satisfactory Battery Performance of HTC Droid DNA

HTC is aiming to grab some audience off the Galaxy Note II with the Droid DNA and it seems to deliver a pretty decent battery life. Early reports tell us that the battery performance is generally impressive allowing users to get multiple days of battery life with moderate usages. There’s no getting away that the Droid DNA has a rather limited onboard storage, but skeptics may have exaggerated reports on disappointing battery life. It is easy to suspect that the 2020mAh battery would have a difficult time keeping up with the monstrous 1080p display and 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro processor. However, it appears that the phone can run a bit longer the Galaxy S3 in any of the test. Predictably, Motorola RAZR MAXX and iPhone 5 took the top spots, but the HTC Droid DNA seems respectable enough with 11 hours of talk time or continuous video playback. Android device makers have been accused of not being able to optimize their hardware and deliver exceptional battery life. Luckily, HTC has shown us that we can begin to discard this idea.
