Casio G’z One Type L, A Rugged Android Smartphone, is Readied For The Japanese Market

Casio presents to the world its latest creation, the G’zOne Type-L, which is launched at an official event. The characteristic of the G’zOne Type-L is generally similar to other Casio G’zOne models. The Type-L is a solid smartphone and it is designed to resist more than a few bumps. The shell is made of thick plastic which is resistant to water and dust, while the rubbery back ensures firmer grip. The material and shape make the phone looks firm and bulky, especially when we consider that it weighs 181 grams and measures 15.9 millimeters thick. In addition, the G’z One Type-L has a gyroscope, accelerometer, orientation sensor and other sensors that can collect atmospheric data to provide localized weather forecasts. The Type-L has a 4-inch screen with 800 × 480 pixels resolution, a dual-core processor Qualcomm MSM8960 clocked at 1.5 GHz, 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal memory and an 8-megapixel camera.
